Having architectural drawings prepared for an extension or loft conversion can be an expensive process. Going through unnecessarily large architectural companies to provide you with a design that usually is quite simple.

Plans Prepared is a Design Consultancy that enables the client to save money by avoiding expensive larger companies. We attend your property and talk through your vision, we sketch up your ideas there and then before measuring up the house. Plans are then drawn up professionally in our studio and we send them directly in for planning permission.

This is all done quickly and for a fraction of the cost. If however you would like a more complex bespoke design, this can also be achieved.

3D models can also be created if required.
